The seventeen-story high-rise building with its strictly symmetric architecture – which already in the 1960s anticipated the era of the digital data processing – and the prominent location on the Spiegel-Insel in the center of Hamburg most important transport axis is a symbol for the progressiveness, the desire for changes and assertiveness.
