01Quest Funds

Quest Funds GmbH has been founded in 2019. In the fund section of the real estate company, a team of 10 people is in charge of the fund and investment business as well as the asset management.

Currently, the company manages a portfolio of 11 funds with 11 properties in Germany and the Netherlands, comprising of some 180,000 m2 of leasable area. The real estate portfolio represents assets under management of about € 650 million.

Peter Schröder

  • Peter Schröder joined the Erck Rickmers Group (shareholder of Quest Funds) in 1999, where he held various management positions in the areas of fund conception and asset management. He is Head of Projects in the group holding company of the Erck Rickmers Group since July 2022 and Managing Director of NORDCAPITAL GmbH since September 2023. He is also managing director of Quest Funds since December 2023.

    After studying mathematics at the University of Hannover, he began his professional career in controlling at the Hamburg Süd shipping company.

Florian Wagner

  • Florian Wagner has been working in various management positions in the Erck Rickmers Group since 2003. Initially, he supported the development of the newly founded real estate division at Nordcapital and was responsible for this division as managing director from 2007 onwards. After Nordcapital’s real estate division has been transferred to Quest Funds, he took on the position of Head of Investment Management Private Clients. He has been managing director of Quest Funds since December 2023.

    Florian Wagner is a business graduate with a degree in business administration from the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel and completed training as a banker before his studies. Before joining the Erck Rickmers Group, he was Acquisition Manager at DB Real Estate.
