Quest Investment Partners sets standards in the revitalisation and development of properties as well as in investment and asset management. The company, based in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt am Main, consists of the three business divisions Quest Development and Quest Property Management, then VIVAO. The joint focus is on property management for core-plus and value-add commercial properties with potential for value appreciation in selected locations in major German cities and in the Benelux countries.

The Quest Investment Partners division is currently responsible for around 3 billion euros in assets under management. Quest Investment Partners is owned by managing partner Theja Geyer and the investment holding company of property entrepreneur Erck Rickmers.

Theja Geyer has combined the property company Quest Investment Partners with an investment platform for institutional investors. Before becoming self-employed, he was a partner at Art-Invest Real Estate Management. The architecture graduate also worked for IVG Development GmbH and Waterbound Real Estate, where he was responsible for project developments at Mayfair AG.

With concentrated expertise and a great passion for the refurbishment of special properties, he develops buildings with which he constructively helps to shape sustainable urban development.
