Quest Development runs the project development business and currently has invested more than 1.6 billion euros in almost 30 projects spanning an area of over 217,000 m2. Preference is given to properties with a special flair and a unique selling point. The company offers a wide range of services, from project acquisition, due diligence and financing to planning, obtaining development rights, technical management and marketing for letting and sales.
A team of 40 experienced employees develops and manages high-quality real estate projects. The project development division also plans large properties as joint ventures with renowned institutional investors. The aim is to increase the value of properties with unique and innovative ideas and to actively participate in modern urban planning.

Martin Görge
Martin Görge, a real estate and asset management expert with many years of experience, is Managing Director of Quest Investment Partners and is responsible for the areas of finance and project development.

Martin Görge has been successfully working in various management positions for 30 years, mainly in the field of real estate and asset management.
Before joining Quest, he was managing director of Sprinkenhof GmbH for 10 years, with responsibility for around 350 employees, in the Kühne Holding responsible for real estate tasks, managing director of Pirelli RE Deutschland GmbH, board member of DGAG Deutsche Grundvermögen AG and managing director of LEG Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Schleswig-Holstein GmbH.
Martin Görge studied business administration and economics at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität in Kiel. He then completed a part-time course of study at the Führungsakademie der Wohnungswirtschaft in Bochum, graduating as a Diplom Wohnungs- und Immobilienwirt (FWI) and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

Nils Femmer
Nils Femmer is managing director of Quest Development and responsible for project controlling, financing and liquidity management of the project companies.
Curriculum Vitae
Nils Femmer is a banker through and through, having worked in various banks and gained experience in the fields of structured finance, restructuring and risk management.
Before joining Quest, he headed up the Hamburg real estate centre at DZ Hyp and was thus in charge of the sales region North. Prior to that, he spent more than six years as Head of Real Estate Finance Germany, Region North, at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank. He also worked at HypoVereinsbank/UniCredit in the field of Real Estate Structured Finance for almost seven years.
Nils Femmer graduated from Hochschule Anhalt University of Applied Sciences and Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town with a degree in Real Estate Management.
Head of Leasing & Marketing
Kira Groth
As Head of Leasing, Kira Groth is in charge of leasing all the properties in the Quest portfolio across the various locations.
Curriculum Vitae
Since 2016, Kira Groth has been working for Quest Investment Partners in Hamburg as Project Manager and Senior Investment Manager. She has overseen numerous projects, including listed properties. Since 2021, she has also been managing all activities related to the leasing of the properties.
She previously worked at the publicly listed construction group Hochtief for six years, most recently as Senior Project Developer. During this time, one of her responsibilities was the Hamburg Heights district development project with an investment volume of around 180 million euros.
Kira Groth holds a degree in urban planning (Diplom-Ingenieurin für Stadtplanung) from Hamburg University of Technology and HafenCity University in Hamburg.
Branch Manager Berlin
Nicole Römer
As Branch Manager, Nicole Römer is responsible for identifying relevant acquisition targets, working with brokers and establishing contact with suitable capital and project partners. She also represents the Berlin office.
Curriculum Vitae
Most recently, she worked as Head of Retail Capital Markets Germany at Cushman & Wakefield for over three years. Prior to that, she was Head of Retail at Art-Invest Real Estate Management. She spent a further 14 years with the broker Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in the areas of retail leasing and retail investment, most recently as National Director. She began her real estate career at Kemper’s in 1997.
Nicole Römer graduated from Berlin School of Economics with a degree in business administration, specialising in marketing.
Branch Manager Munich
Thomas J. Eirich
Thomas J. Eirich is Branch Manager and Senior Investment Manager at Quest Development GmbH in Munich, in charge of the new business and development of the Munich real estate projects.
Curriculum Vitae
He spent five years as Deputy Director and Fund Manager in the real estate division of the investment company Invesco Ltd. During this time, he was responsible for global transactions of logistics, office, residential and retail properties worth 1.3 billion euros. He also gained previous experience in fund and investment management at Hines and MEAG Asset Management.
Thomas J. Eirich holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Henley Business School in Reading, UK, and from IREBS in Regensburg. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
