01Willy-Brandt-Straße 75

A rediscovery in a new look

At the beginning of the last century, the building designed by Georg Radel (1860-1948), the renowned architect for that type of historic office buildings, was erected as a reinforced concrete construction. In the back building, the character of the warehouse was maintained in a easily recognizable manner. The Port Rim is currently on the upswing. The Rödlingsmarkt is more and more becoming one of the most important connection roads between Hamburg-City and Hamburg-HafenCity.

An investment property, once built for the highest requirements of a Hamburgian banking house, makes its way by a redevelopment and a re-organization of the floor areas to a long term marketable multi-lettable building complex. The axis of the Rödlingsmarkt, once steeped in history, will get a house with a vision again.
